ABOUTME!
Welcome to my website! I'm so glad that you found yourself here. If you're here by mistake, stick around and see if there's something you might like! I guess here is where I tell you a little more about myself, so here goes:
I started acting at a very young age and received training from stage and TV veterans Marie Thomas Foster and Cynthia Meryl. I received a BFA in Acting from the University of Connecticut under the leadership of Dale AJ Rose and Vincent J. Cardinal. Also throughout college, I dabbled in Shakespeare and spent three seasons at The Shakespeare Theater of NJ, under the leadership of Bonnie J. Monte. I became well- known as a character actor at all of these institutions. During college, I was also bitten by the writing bug and began writing a sketch show centered on Gender Issues called "Make Your Own Damn Sandwich". that aired on our campus TV station to much acclaim. After college, I wanted to continue this trend and also began directing. As a writer, I was hired to work on Amanda Seales' web series "Things I Learned This Week", which I was also a co-producer on. Amanda and I also worked together as co-hosts/co-writers of the weekly web show "Funny Style" for BET Digital, and I also served as a Writer's Assistant for her pilot "Smart, Funny, and Black" for TruTV.
In 2015, I began working in film. I co-wrote and co-directed "Roaring 20's" with Evan Berke (TMZ). In 2017 I wrote and directed "The Disruption", which became my first award-winning short film. I am currently working on a new short and a new feature!
